The rooms are cozy with good heaters, the staff is very friendly and always ready to help, and breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes to choose from.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming, room was good sized and had view overlooking golf course.

I had a very nice stay in a long time. Everything was brand-new, super friendly staff, particularly nice views of a local park. The breakfast was extensive, plenty of food. The room was spotless & brand-new, there was a comfy bed. Good and unbeatable location for visiting bars and restaurants near the hotel.

Comfortable rooms with thoughtful touches left on a tray outside the room, and I had my three kids with me, but it was not a problem at all. the staff was incredibly friendly! 😊

Excellent family room, very nice breakfast ( although the glasses and cutlery could be cleaned a bit better)..excellent location for peasholm park and transport for all other places,only seen staff at breakfast as we where out all day every day,they did seem polite.

Airy and huge rooms with functional bathrooms. Marvellous and brilliant location for our visit to a miniature railway not too far away from the hotel.

Our room had lovely park views and was fairly quiet, plus the food was brilliant, especially the extensive and delicious breakfast offered.

The hotel provides comfortable rooms and has friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast choice is excellent. The free parking on the roads around is especially a bonus.

The staff were very accomodating and helpful through our stay. The location is great for north bay and access to the lovely park in Scarborough. Good value for money and would recommend to friends!

The proprietor & staff were most welcoming & efficient. It was a pleasant room overlooking the park. The breakfast was excellent as was the evening meal. Parking was not a problem. I would certainly stay there again and would be happy to recommend this hotel to other visitors to Scarbrough.

The staff here were fantastic and the breakfast selection included yogurt and fruit.

The accommodations were peaceful with convenient walk-in showers, and overall, guests can expect exceptional service.

The location here is excellent, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, and I enjoyed having coffee at The Watermark Cafe, which is just a short walk away.
